Happy Turkey Day Everyone! We hope you all had a wonderful day, surrounded by loved ones, relaxding, and stuffing your gullets with enough food for a week!
Adam and I had the most wonderful holiday. We slept in, relaxed, watched the parade while dining on clementines and fresh cinnamon rolls (alla the dough boy!), we had a wonderful lunch of stuffed mushroom caps with garden cream cheese and fresh wilted greens from the food co0op the ladies at work are a part of. And dinner, easy and delicious!
We napped, we watched tv and were lazy all day.
I took the easy man's way out on Thanksgiving this year being just the two of us - no homemade stuffing, potatoes - Turkey (the best turkey we've ever eaten! so juicy and moist), stove top, potato flakes, jarred gravy, and green bean casserole. I did make a nice pumpkin pie for dessert for later too.
Even the kitties enjoyed the deliciousness, now they are both in a triptophan coma on the couches.

Bird, Glorious Bird
The table is set, the food is out, Thank you Lord, let's eat!
Even the cats had Thanksgiving deliciousness!
